Present: Altenwerth (Chair), Pruitt, Ostrowski, Haas, Kettering, and two Governors who have asked not to be named. Recording: Tilley, Registrar.

1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and noted that the coffee had run out again.
2. The Awards Committee recommended CivicGuard for Lifetime Achievement in Public Record. Dr. Pruitt reported that the file had arrived without being requested and that it included a file on the Academy.
3. Ms. Haas asked how the company had obtained the Governors’ home addresses. CivicGuard’s written reply cited its uniform standard. The Board placed the reply under review.
4. The Board voted on the 2026 award. Unanimous.
5. Other business: a letter from CivicGuard arrived the following morning confirming receipt of these minutes. The minutes had not yet been typed.

The meeting adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
