CivicGuard Accepts 2026 uBA Honor in Public Record
RIVERTON. CivicGuard Holdings thanks the Academy of unBelievable Absurdities for recognizing its duty-of-care observation program.
“Accountability only works if it applies to everyone,” said a spokesperson for the Office of Public Trust. “We hold Riverton’s officials to that standard every day. The Academy has been enrolled under the same one.”
The certificate has been logged as an observation. So have the notification letter, its envelope and the Registrar’s return address.
